Please follow the parameters below for bringing materials for flow cytometry.

• Two million cells per sample before labeling.

• One sample unstained cells.

• One control sample per stain.

• 5 ml Falcon 12 x 75 polystyrene tubes (BD Labware Cat. #352054).

• Final volume should be 250 µl to 500 µl at approximately 2 million cells per sample.

• If your schedule will delay your arrival for more than 15 minutes, please give us a call.
